Standard text
The standard text determines which standard document is assigned to an applicant activity.There are generally standard documents for acknowledgements of receipt, letters of rejection, invitations etc. They can only be assigned to an activity if the activity supports a standard text.
Use

Advertisement
A job advertisement is an announcement made by a company in which one or more vacancies are published in order to attract suitable applicants.This can be done in a variety of ways, including:
- advertisements in a newspaper, magazine or specialist journal
- registration at an employment office
- notices on a company's internal noticeboard
Unsolicited application group
An unsolicited applicant is one who does not refer to a job or a job advertisement in his/her application.Candidates are classified as unsolicited applicants by being assigned to an unsolicited application group. The unsolicited application group is used to classify these applications according to such criteria as the activity the applicants would perform for the company if hired.
Examples
Possible unsolicited application groups include the following:- salaried employees in Sales and Distribution
- salaried employees in Research and Development
- salaried employees in Personnel Administration
- wage earners in Production
- wage earners in Printing Works
Create personnel officer

In this step you create your company's personnel officers.Personnel officers process the applications assigned to them according to their authorization from the Personnel Department.
Personnel officers for Recruitment must be created as part of administrator group APPL. You can use an ID of your choice for the personnel officer.
If you want to print the name, form of address and telephone number of the personnel officer in a letter to an applicant, you must maintain the corresponding fields using the format desired for correspondence. You must also enter the personnel officer's user name for SAPoffice in the following cases:
- You want to print a signature line for the personnel officer in a letter to an applicant.
- In this case the SAPoffice user name forms the connection between the personnel officer and the signature line created in the step "Create signature line for letters to applicants".
- You want to use SAPoffice to send messages between personnel officers.
Create your company's personnel officers.
Further notes
The system uses the specified unsolicited application group or advertisement to automatically assign a personnel officer to an applicant during initial data entry. This can only be done if every unsolicited application group and every vacancy (published in an advertisement) has been assigned a personnel officer.
Vacancies and the personnel officers responsible for them are created and maintained by the user. You can assign a personnel officer to an unsolicited application group in the step "Create unsolicited application groups".

In this step you create therecruitment instruments your company uses.
Every job advertisement is published in a recruitment instrument. Recruitment instruments are classified according to the media used.
You can store a contact name and address key for each recruitment instrument. The address key can be used to store the address (of a contact) for a recruitment instrument in step "Create addresses for recruitment instruments".
Example
Possible recruitment instruments include the following:
- a particular regional/national newspaper
- a particular personnel consultancy
- the local employment office
You can only create a recruitment instrument provided you have created the media used by your company in the step "Create media".
Recommendation
Specify a mnemonic address key in the Address field. We recommend that you use common abbreviations such as WP (Washington Post) or NYT (New York Times) for this purpose.

Now create the recruitment instruments used by your company.

In this step you create the media used by your company.The medium serves two purposes in Recruitment:
- It is used to classify all recruitment instruments.
- For example, the recruitment instruments "Washington Post" and "New York Times" are classified under the medium "Press".
- It is also used to indicate the medium through which an unsolicited applicant came into contact with the company.
Examples
Possible media include the following:
- Press
- Employment agency
- Personnel consultancies
Now create the media your company requires.
Create positions
Create positions
In this step you set up the positions available within your company.A company's workforce requirements are represented in the Recruitment system by means of vacancies created and maintained by the user. A user can only create a vacancy if the positions available within the company have already been set up.
The procedure for creating positions differs in the following two cases:
- Recruitment is being used in conjunction with Personnel Planning and Development.
- If this is the case, please create your positions by following the instructions in the implementation guide for "Organizational Management".
- Please note that positions created using Personnel Planning and Development are marked with a "P" in the PD column.
- Recruitment is being used as a stand-alone system.
- In this case, please create the required positions by following the instructions in this step or the step "Create positions" in the implementation guide for Personnel Administration.
Whether you use Recruitment as a stand-alone system or in conjunction with Personnel Planning and Development, you must always choose object type "S" (position) when creating a position.
Activities
Now create the positions your company requires.

SAP HR DB tables
If you wish to access the HR tables they can be found using the following notations:
Personnel Administration: PAxxxx – where xxxx is the 4 digit infotype number. For example Actions can be found on PA0000, Organisational Assignment on PA0001 and Personal Data on PA0002.
If you are not sure how to get the infotype number then use the menu path System > Status when you are on the appropriate infotype screen. Look at the field contents for Program (screen). This should be something like MP000800 for infotype 0008. The infotype number is the first 4 numbers after the MP.
Recruitment: PBxxxx – where xxxx is the infotype number.
Organisation Management: HRPxxxx - where xxxx is the infotype number.
Training and Events: HRPxxxx - where xxxx is the infotype number.

Define, copy, delete, check personnel area
When you define the personnel areas, the setting up of the enterprise structure has begun. You assign characteristics to these personnel areas in subsequent IMG steps. These steps are dealt with in the IMG at the same time they are established in a business sense.
Example
Company X has three production plants in Germany: Hamburg, Cologne and Berlin. In the SAP System these would constitute three personnel areas.
Requirements
Familiarize yourself with your enterprise structure.
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 System contains several sample personnel areas.
Recommendation
Always create personnel areas with a four-character key.When defining personnel areas, consider their effects on the areas mentioned above. If necessary, compare the definition of the personnel areas with the persons responsible for payroll and time management.
Further notes
Enhanced functions are available for editing personnel areas. You can call them up using the function call "Copy, delete, check personnel area". When you use this function, the entry in the personnel area table, as well as all the dependent customizing and system tables that contain the personnel area as a key are edited.

Company Codes and the Chart of Accounts
SAP-FICO: Company Codes and the Chart of Accounts
Though you can have multiple Charts of Accounts in SAP, company codes are assigned to only one chart of accounts. This is done in configuration (SPRO) (T-code: OB62 – Assign Company Code -> Chart of Accounts).T-Code for Chart of Accounts
- T-code: F.10 – Chart of Accounts
Report of accounts in a chart of accounts. Lots of ways to limit your results, but can’t limit by Company Code! You will definitely want to limit by chart of accounts. - T-code: OB62 – Assign Company Code -> Chart of Accounts
- T-code: OBY2 – Copy Company Code: G/L Accounts
When creating a new Company Code, just assigning it to a chart of accounts in OB62 doesn’t automatically create those accounts for the new company code. I.e. you won’t be able to post any entries until you’ve created the accounts for the company code. OBY2 lets you copy all of the accounts that were created for another company code to your new one. - GL Postings are assigned to only 1 company code
You can do “cross-company code” postings (i.e. DR CoCde A and CR CoCde B), but SAP will automatically generate the off-setting entries within each company code so that their books stay in balance (debits = credits). There is config around Intra-company postings to determine where you want those offsets to go. - T-code: FS00 – Edit G/L Account Centrally
This is usually the preferred t-code for manually creating GL Accounts since it allows you to create both the chart of accounts piece and the company code pieces. - In FS00, you may need to create an account for multiple company codes. This can be done by changing the CoCde and using the “Create with reference button” in FS00.
- T-code: FSS0 – Edit Accounts in Company Code
FSS0 allows you to edit just the Company Code (CoCde) portion of the GL Account. - T-code: FSP0 – Edit Account in Chart of Accounts
FSP0 allows you to edit just the Chart of Accounts portion of the GL Account. - T-code: CX16 - Consolidation Chart of Accounts – Hierarchy Display
CX16 allows you to create/edit financial statement items (FS Items) and their hierarchy for the Consolidated Chart of Accounts used in the EC-CS consolidation system.

How to create company codes
SAP: Company Codes Overview
Company codes generally represent the various legal entities within an organization. The Company Code is the lowest level for which you can produce a complete set of financial reports (balance sheet and P&L) for the SEC and other external filing agencies.Organizations that have subsidiaries and multiple legal entities usually represent those with company codes.
The Basics for Creating a New Company Code
- Create a “Company”. This is not the same as Company Code. It would be the umbrella company to which company codes are assigned. It may already exist, if so you can skip. Path: SPRO -> Enterprise Structure -> Financial Accounting -> Define Company
- Create (T-code: OX02) or Copy (T-code: EC01) company code. It is generally recommended that you copy the Company Code if you have one that is similar (same chart of accounts [not the same books, but same account structure], same currency, etc). Copying brings over the settings of the original to the new one.
- Set City, Country, Currency, and Language for Company Code. Path: SPRO -> Enterprise Structure -> Financial Accounting -> Define, copy, delete, check company code…select Edit company code data…double-click on the company code in the table to take you to the details screen
- Assign company code to a chart of accounts (T-code: OB62). You can assign multiple company codes to the same chart of accounts. This does not interfere with each company code being able to produce its own complete set of financial statements. Mutliple charts of accounts may be necessary if dealing with foreign countries like France and Italy that have specific laws around the chart. - Once ready for production, Set Company Code to Productive. This prevents the deletion of certain transactions and data that can be deleted while in development. Path: SPRO -> Financial Accounting -> Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Set Company Code to Productive

i386通常被用來作為對Intel(英特爾)32位微處理器的統稱。Windows NT類系統的安裝盤上,通常i386是其根上的一個文件夾,裡麵包含了硬件所需的基本安裝信息。
Windows2000和Windows XP的安裝文件夾都是i386,正常情況下在安裝光盤下可以找到這個文件夾。為了加快安裝速度,在安裝前,安裝程序會將i386拷貝到硬盤上。這個文件夾也可以在將來系統發生變化(增減新的硬件)時安裝驅動程序,或者增加系統附帶的服務組件、軟件時使用。
所以放心,這不是病毒,但放在哪裡也沒什麼大不了的,系統打補丁或者裝驅動的時候就會用到。如果想刪除,用Windows優化大師之類的就行了,或者乾脆粉碎文件...
